Accessibility at Sendsational
We want everyone to be able to read this site, fill out our form, and reach us — whatever device or assistive technology they use. Accessibility is something we build in and keep checking, not a box we tick once.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard most widely referenced by U.S. accessibility law, including the ADA. Building “to” that standard means we design against it, test against it regularly, and fix issues as we find them.
How we test
Every page is checked with automated tooling (axe-core, which covers WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 at Levels A and AA) on both desktop and mobile layouts, backed by manual keyboard-only navigation and checks for reduced-motion and screen-reader behavior. Our most recent review found no automated violations across the site.
What that means here
In practice: a “skip to content” link and proper page landmarks help screen-reader and keyboard users move around quickly; a clear focus outline follows the keyboard across every link, button, and form field; text and controls meet AA color-contrast; images and illustrations carry text descriptions; form fields are properly labeled; and the site fully respects the “reduce motion” setting, switching off animation for anyone who prefers it.
Known limitations
We’d rather be honest about the edges. Our animated text-message illustrations use the familiar green-and-grey look of a phone’s Messages app; the details they show are also written in plain text nearby, and the illustrations are labeled for screen readers. If we add third-party or embedded content later, parts of its accessibility may be outside our control — and we’ll note it here if so.
Found a barrier? Tell us.
If anything here is hard to use, we want to know — and we’ll help you get what you need in the meantime.
