Sendsational ("Sendsational," "we," "us," or "our") is a done-for-you, managed text message (SMS/MMS) marketing service that helps businesses across the United States reach their customers. Our office is located at 25 Newbridge Rd #202, Hicksville, NY 11801. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through sendsationaltext.com (the "Site") and while providing our services. We manage it all: your data, compliance, targeting, artwork, and strategy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request our free-text offer, or contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, business name, email address, and phone number.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring pages, using cookies and similar technologies.

Information our clients provide. When we run campaigns for a business client, that client may provide contact information for their own customers (for example, phone numbers from their point-of-sale, online ordering, reservation, or opt-in lists). We process this information only to deliver campaigns on that client's behalf.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries; provide, operate, and improve our services; create, schedule, send, and measure text-message campaigns; communicate with you about your account, campaigns, and offers; keep the Site secure; and comply with our legal obligations.

Text messaging and consent

Sendsational sends text messages on behalf of our business clients only to recipients who have provided the consent required to receive them. Campaigns are designed to comply with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and with carrier and industry guidelines.

Recipients can opt out of a client's messages at any time by replying STOP, and can reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies by campaign. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data, and mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business: with trusted service providers who help us operate the Site and deliver campaigns (such as hosting, messaging, and form providers), under confidentiality obligations; with a business client, where the information relates to that client's own campaign; and when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Sendsational, our clients, or others.

Client customer data

Where we handle contact information supplied by a business client, we act as a service provider to that client. We use their customer data only to provide the services they have engaged us for, and we do not use it for our own marketing or share it except as directed by the client or required by law.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand how the Site is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features. We may use analytics providers to help us measure traffic and usage.
